CHRIS SPARKS, ESCROW OFFICER
Chris is a native to Utah and has resided in St George since 1989. He graduated from Dixie High School in 1996 and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Phoenix in 2005. Soon after graduating from college Chris began his career in the Title Insurance Industry in 2005. He has been married to his lovely wife Sarah for 18 years and together they have 6 children. In his free time Chris prefers to spend time with his wife and kids. Whether it is going on vacation, playing sports together, or attending a musical performance, Chris wants to be there with his family. Chris loves everything that Southern Utah has to offer and finds great pleasure in assisting others in closing their real estate transactions.
KENZIE BENTON, ESCROW OFFICER
Kenzie was born and raised in Canada, but has called St. George her home since 2005. Her start in the Title Industry was in 2015 as an Escrow Assistant. She learned the business quickly, and became a Licensed Escrow Officer in 2017. She loves Southern Utah and all that it has to offer. She married her husband, Jeff, in 2016, and has 2 dogs. Kenzie loves cooking, hiking, and making people laugh! She is excited to be a part of this amazing company, and can’t wait to see where Rampart Title will go!
RANDY KIDMAN, ESCROW OFFICER
After returning home from an LDS Mission in South Korea and attending Brigham Young University, Randy entered the business world and successfully opened and managed a wholesale plantation shutter manufacturing business together with a full-service window covering company with multiple locations for more than 10 years. In 2005, after a chance meeting with a valued friend in the Title and Escrow industry, Randy’s business trajectory was changed and he entered the world of Title Insurance and moved to the St. George area in 2005.
Randy and his wife Rachel (25 years) keep busy raising 6 kids and being involved in various church and community events. Randy is an avid soccer fan, participating in all aspects of the game from being a coach and a director for CIMA FC, coaching boys and girls soccer at Desert Hills High School and even wearing the yellow shirt and running the field as a referee.
BROOKE TAFILI, ESCROW ASSISTANT
Brooke was born and raised in Southern Utah. Soon after returning from an LDS mission in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2018, she married her high school sweetheart. Living now in Saint George Brooke and her husband Josten enjoy spending time together, going out to the movies, and any outdoor activity, especially when they can bring their fur baby along.
Brooke entered into the industry as an Escrow Assistant. She learned the business quickly and has loved learning the ins and outs of title & escrow. Brooke has enjoyed the opportunities provided by, and her time at Rampart Title and most of all she looks forward to growing with the company.
BRANDON KIDMAN, ESQ./ESCROW & TITLE OFFICER
Brandon is a native of Utah and a graduate of Brigham Young University, where he obtained his Bachelors Degree. He then went on to graduate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU. Brandon has extensive experience in both transactional and litigation law. Prior to helping found Rampart Title Insurance Agency, Brandon was a partner in a multi-state litigation firm. Brandon is also a licensed title examiner and escrow officer. Brandon is an approved CE instructor for real estate agents and loves teaching classes all over the state.
Brandon and his wonderful wife, Lindsey, have four beautiful children. They love to travel, read, play all sports, and enjoy all the wonderful things about life.
HUNTER HOUTZ, MARKETING
Hunter was born in St George Utah but has spent the majority of his life in the Salt Lake Valley. He graduated from Herriman High School in 2015. Following his High School graduation Hunter served an LDS mission in Tallahassee Florida. He is currently enrolled at Utah Valley University learning how to be the best marketing representative possible for Rampart Title. In his spare time you will find Hunter spending time with his family, golfing, or running a marathon. Hunter is passionate about meeting new people in the real estate business and helping them with their title and escrow needs. We are very fortunate to have him as part of the Rampart Team!
