Who we are

Rampart Title Insurance Agency offers a full range of real estate title insurance, escrow and settlement services for home buyers and sellers, real estate agents, developers, mortgage lenders and commercial property professionals. Our team brings decades of combined experience to every type of transaction, from a first home to a complex commercial closing.

We started in Southern Utah, with offices in St. George and Orem, and now serve Arizona from St. George. Our Virginia branch in Reston was founded by Ben Ader, an attorney and partner at Tate Bywater.

Kenzie Benton

Escrow Officer / Lead Assistant

Kenzie was born and raised in Canada, but has called St. George her home since 2005. Her start in the title industry was in 2015 as an Escrow Assistant. She learned the business quickly, and became a Licensed Escrow Officer in 2017.

Brooke Tafili

Escrow Officer / Lead Assistant

Brooke was born and raised in Southern Utah. Soon after returning from an LDS mission in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2018, she married her high school sweetheart. Living now in Saint George, Brooke and her husband Josten enjoy spending time together, going out to the movies, and any outdoor activity, especially when they can bring their fur baby along.

Chris Sparks

Escrow Officer

Chris is a native to Utah and has resided in St. George since 1989. He graduated from Dixie High School in 1996 and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Phoenix in 2005. Soon after graduating from college Chris began his career in the title insurance industry in 2005.

Brandon Kidman, Esq.

Escrow & Title Officer

Brandon is a native of Utah and a graduate of Brigham Young University, where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree. He then went on to graduate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU. Brandon has extensive experience in both transactional and litigation law. Prior to helping found Rampart Title Insurance Agency, Brandon was a partner in a multi-state litigation firm. Brandon is also a licensed title examiner and escrow officer. Brandon is an approved CE instructor for real estate agents and loves teaching classes all over Utah.

Randy Kidman

Escrow Officer

After returning home from an LDS Mission in South Korea and attending Brigham Young University, Randy entered the business world and successfully opened and managed a wholesale plantation shutter manufacturing business together with a full-service window covering company with multiple locations for more than 10 years. In 2005, after a chance meeting with a valued friend in the title and escrow industry, Randy’s business trajectory was changed and he entered the world of title insurance and moved to the St. George area in 2005.

Ben Ader, Esq.

Attorney & Settlement Agent, Virginia

Ben Ader is an experienced real estate litigator, and founder of the Virginia branch of Rampart Title. With years of experience handling complex real estate and business disputes, Ben brings a legal and strategic perspective to every transaction—helping clients identify and resolve issues before they become costly problems.

Seth Lancaster

Rampart Title Team

Seth Lancaster has been in the real estate industry since 2012 and enjoys building strong relationships with real estate agents and mortgage lenders. He understands the importance of communication, attention to detail, and dependable service when coordinating the many moving parts of a real estate transaction. Whether assisting with a home purchase, sale, or refinance, Seth works to keep the process organized and moving forward toward a successful closing.
