About Ben
Ben Ader is an experienced real estate litigator, and founder of the Virginia branch of Rampart Title. With years of experience handling complex real estate and business disputes, Ben brings a legal and strategic perspective to every transaction—helping clients identify and resolve issues before they become costly problems.
As a partner at Tate Bywater, Ben has represented clients in matters involving real estate title disputes, adverse possession, construction litigation, contract disputes, and commercial real estate transactions. He has conducted dozens of trials in Virginia and federal courts, has argued cases before the Virginia Court of Appeals, and regularly advises businesses, landlords, and title professionals on risk management and dispute avoidance.
Ben founded the Virginia branch of Rampart Title after seeing firsthand how often buyers and sellers feel overwhelmed during the closing process—especially when they do not feel comfortable asking questions early. Rampart Title was built around a simple philosophy: proactive communication, careful risk analysis, and client-focused service create smoother closings and better outcomes.
In addition to his legal practice, Ben serves as a Commissioner of Sale for the Fairfax County Circuit Court and as a member of the Hunter Mill District Land Use Committee, where he reviews zoning and development proposals affecting Fairfax County communities.
Ben earned his J.D. from William & Mary Law School and is fluent in Spanish.
Rampart Title provides title insurance, escrow and settlement services for buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders and commercial clients in Utah, Arizona and Virginia.
